PowerMax 2500W Inverter Generator Rental
The PowerMax 2500W Inverter Generator provides portable electricity for suitable inflatables, event equipment and electronic devices at sites without a practical mains connection. It supplies up to 2,500 starting watts and 2,200 running watts from a compact unit designed for transport and outdoor operation.
Inverter technology regulates the electrical output, making this generator suitable for compatible sensitive electronics as well as ordinary event equipment. Every proposed item must still be checked against the available starting and continuous wattage before the generator is reserved.
Begin with the Event’s Power Calculation
Generator selection should start with the equipment rather than the headline wattage. Some appliances briefly require more electricity when starting than they consume during normal operation. Inflatable blowers, refrigeration equipment and other motor-driven products can create this initial demand.
Prepare a list containing:
- Every item that will be connected
- Starting wattage for each applicable item
- Normal running wattage
- Which products will operate simultaneously
- The length and timing of the event
- Any equipment that must remain powered continuously
The combined requirement must remain within the generator’s approved limits. Do not connect an additional appliance simply because an outlet is unused.

Inverter Power for Electronic Equipment
Conventional portable generators can produce a less consistent electrical supply. The PowerMax uses inverter regulation to provide a cleaner output for compatible laptops, mobile devices and other sensitive electronics.
USB-A and USB-C ports allow suitable devices to charge without occupying both 120V receptacles. Charging cables and device compatibility remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in the confirmed order.
Phones, tablets and laptops should remain in a dry, supervised location. Do not leave personal electronics on the generator or beside fuel and exhaust components.
Two 120V Receptacles
The generator includes two 120V 20A receptacles for compatible equipment. Two available connections do not mean that each can independently draw the generator’s full output.
The total load from both receptacles, USB connections and every attached item must remain below the permitted generator capacity. Splitting equipment between outlets does not increase the available wattage.
Extension leads, distribution equipment and adapters should only be used when approved for the intended load and outdoor conditions. Domestic multi-plug arrangements should not be improvised at the event.
Power for Inflatable Rentals
A generator can allow an inflatable to operate in a park, field or large outdoor venue where an outlet is unavailable or too far from the approved setup area. The blower must receive uninterrupted power whenever the inflatable is inflated.
The PowerMax may support selected equipment from bounce houses, bounce and slide combos or water slides, depending on the blower’s electrical requirements.
Do not assume that one generator can power several inflatables. Provide the complete order so each starting and running load can be considered.
Economy Control at Lighter Loads
The economy setting allows the engine to respond to reduced electrical demand rather than operating continuously at its highest speed. Under suitable loads, this can lower fuel use and reduce operating noise.
The setting must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Certain equipment or startup conditions may require a different operating mode, so customers should not change controls after setup unless specifically instructed.
Operating Duration and Fuel Planning
The corresponding generator platform indicates operating periods of up to approximately six hours at half load. This is not a fixed rental-duration guarantee. Runtime varies with the connected load, fuel level, operating mode, temperature and other site conditions.
Fuel arrangements must be confirmed before the event. Customers must not refill a hot or running generator. Shut it down and allow it to cool according to the supplied operating instructions before any permitted refuelling.
Fuel containers must remain outside guest areas and away from ignition sources, electrical equipment and direct interference.
Carbon Monoxide Sensor Protection
An integrated carbon monoxide sensor is designed to stop the generator if it detects an unsafe concentration around the unit. This provides an additional protective measure but does not make enclosed operation acceptable.
The generator must always run outdoors in a well-ventilated position. Never operate it inside a home, garage, tent, marquee, vehicle, warehouse, enclosed patio or partly enclosed structure.
Carbon monoxide cannot be seen or smelled. Exhaust should face away from guests, buildings, doors, windows and ventilation intakes. If the CO system shuts down the unit, move everyone away and follow the supplied instructions rather than repeatedly restarting it.
Approximately 59 dB Operation
The enclosed inverter design operates at approximately 59 dB under applicable conditions. The perceived sound at an event will depend on electrical load, distance, surrounding buildings and the generator’s position.
Place it away from dining, performances and quiet activities while maintaining the permitted connection distance. Do not attempt to reduce noise by covering the unit or placing it behind an unventilated barrier.
Air must circulate freely around the generator, and the exhaust path must remain completely unobstructed.
Digital Operating Information
A digital display provides access to useful generator data while the unit is running. This helps the assigned operator monitor its current operating condition without relying solely on sound or engine behaviour.
Guests and children should not touch the display or controls. Any warning, shutdown or unexpected reading should be handled according to the rental and manufacturer instructions.
Parallel Capability for Larger Requirements
Two compatible generators can be connected using the correct parallel equipment to provide a combined maximum output of up to 5.0kW and continuous output of up to 4.2kW.
The parallel kit is separate equipment and should not be assumed to come with a standard generator rental. Any parallel arrangement must be discussed, approved and prepared before delivery.
Customers must not attempt to connect two generators themselves or substitute unapproved cables and adapters.
Keep the Generator Outside Guest Movement
The approved generator position should remain inaccessible to children and separated from queues, games, food service and general foot traffic. Electrical leads must not cross doorways or routes used by vehicles.
Keep the unit:
- Outdoors with unrestricted ventilation
- On a firm, level surface
- Away from water and irrigation
- Clear of combustible materials
- Beyond the reach of children
- Outside inflatable operating clearances
- Away from doors, windows and air intakes
Generators and Wet Attractions
When powering a water slide, plan the hose, splash area and drainage before selecting the generator position. Water must not travel towards the unit, extension lead, blower or electrical connections.
Wet participants should never pass through the power area. Tables, towels and footwear stations can help establish a separate dry route, but none may cover cables or ventilation space.
Other Powered Party Equipment
Concession appliances such as the Popcorn Maker, Cotton Candy Machine and Sno Cone Machine add to the total electrical demand. Tell us which products will operate at the same time.
